Beim Drehen wird f\u00fcr jedes Werkst\u00fcck der optimale Einspanndruck ermittelt. Der f\u00fcr die axiale Einspannung festgelegte Druck verursacht bei der Baureihe R eine Verschiebung der Spitze gegen\u00fcber dem Geh\u00e4use, angezeigt durch die Farbringe. Das untenstehende Diagramm vermittelt f\u00fcr jede Spitzengr\u00f6sse die entsprechende Position bei gegebenem Axial\u00ad-Einspanndruck. Eine Ausdehnung des Werkst\u00fcckes, hervorgerufen durch Erw\u00e4rmung w\u00e4hrend dem Bearbeiten, wird automatisch kompensiert.<\/p>\n

Der Typ GF ist eine Sonderkonstruktion mit stillstehender Spitze und drehbar gelagertem Zentrierkegel. Die Radial- und Axialbelastungen werden von mehreren stark dimensionierten W\u00e4lzlagern aufgefangen. Sie erg\u00e4nzen die DA-Spitze f\u00fcr Werkst\u00fccke mit noch gr\u00f6sseren Bohrungen. In Abweichung zu den \u00fcbrigen Bauarten wird die GF-Spitze nur mit Zentrierkegel 75\u00b0 geliefert.<\/p>\n
