Vorteile der Kugelaufnahme<\/h2>\n

Keine Druckstellen durch Fluchtungsfehler<\/h3>\n

Zwei Kugeln haben, unabh\u00e4nig von ihrer Lage, immer eine gemeinsam Achse. Jede Abweichung vom Idealfall f\u00fchrt bei den \u00fcblichen Spitzen zu einer Verkantung, und damit zu einer Beeintr\u00e4chtigung der Bearbeitungsqualit\u00e4t. Dagegen bleibt die kreisf\u00f6rmige Auflage der Kugelspitze immer erhalten. (Abb. 1)<\/p>\n

Die Hartmetallkugel formt einen kleinen, genau kreisrunden Sitz in die Zentrierbohrung.<\/p>\n

Versuche haben gezeigt, dass sogar mit ungeschliffenen Zentren eine bessere Rundheit des Werkst\u00fcckes erreicht wird, als mit 60\u00b0-Spitzen und geschliffenen Zentren. (Abb. 2)<\/p>\n

Billigste Zentrierbohrungen gen\u00fcgen<\/h3>\n

Schutzsenkungen sind nicht notwendig. Nachgeschliffene Zentrierbohrer verursachen keine Probleme mehr. Sogar Zentrierbohrungen mit Winkel \u00fcber 60\u00b0 k\u00f6nnen eingesetzt werden.<\/p>\n

Niedrige Unterhaltskosten<\/h3>\n

Die Kugelhalterung unterliegt keinem Verschleiss. Die Hartmetallkugel kann auf eine einfache Weise ausgestossen werden. Dies erlaubt, sie in ihrer Lage zu ver\u00e4ndern, wiederzuverwenden und schliesslich ausuwechseln. (Abb. 3)<\/p>\n
